Park Friends is the only non-profit group in Memphis dedicated to providing a community voice to all our public parks. We focus our volunteer efforts in Overton Park, the grand old park of the City of Memphis, also named the Crown Jewel of Memphis, yet we also speak out on park issues facing the entire community.

Park Friends volunteers perform invasive removal, trail maintenance, and perform many others beneficial tasks for Overton Park including planting trees, digging swales, building and clearing bridges and culverts, and financially supporting the Park and the Abe Goodman Golf Clubhouse.
